Health and fitness is very important in todays lives  as people have many health issues due to bad health conditions .   As you all know many people dies and suffer due to pandemic  corona virus . everyone has told to take care of their health and make their immune system strong 

why do we suffer disease ?

We suffer because of weak immune system and there are many causes of weak immune system like unhealthy diet , lifesyle , lack of sleep . and  we have to make it strong and the best ways are.

1. working out [exercise]

Doing exercise is best way to make your immune system strong it increase the number of white blood cells which helps us to fight disease as it not only make us strong from inside but also make our body strong from outside as our body looks good we feel confident strong and better indirectly which makes us happy 

many people continue it as a passion as a profession for eg bodybuilding wrestling weight lifting   all the sports basically require exercise as they need their body to be strong so they can perform  better

Good balanced diet

good balanced diet plays great role in our health and fitness. 

eats plenty of green vegies and fruits avoid food which have added sugar are rich in saturated fat and sodium. pic lean protein  food sources 

you can also have good balanced diet plan by any  dietitian near you 

Proper sleep

Proper sleep for good health is very important. its very difficult to make time for resting in todays busy lifestyle.

proper sleep time is  8 hrs minimum our brain and needs rest . sleeping on back and side is more beneficial than sleeping on stomach. it helps our muscle and tissues to recover more
